3. Prepare gas generator before ignition
1. Normal cold test of each moving part of the gas generator: check whether oil is added in each reducer and other parts that should be lubricated;Gray spiral turn normal;Whether the rotation direction is correct;The fan starts and stops normally;Whether the turn is correct;Automatic coal feeding system: normal feeding, rising, falling and falling in the hopper;Check whether the bolts in each part are tightened, no leakage in the system;Check whether the stroke and seal of bell jar are qualified;Check that the valve switch is flexible and trouble-free.

Second, the ignition
1, ignition: add the firewood, the amount of wood to ensure that the coal seam ignition.The firewood should be evenly distributed in the whole furnace, lighting the firewood and making it all burn up, opening the release valve of the gas generator furnace, lowering the bell jar, and opening the top coal bunker cover with the top of the loading car.
2. When the wood is burning well, a small amount of coal can be added for combustion, and the primary fan can be started with a small amount of air to help the combustion. If there is no local combustion, turn down the air volume or stop the air, and stir with the probe stick to make the gas ignite evenly in the furnace.Stop the wind to observe whether the furnace fire uniformly, if the fire condition is good, the ignition process is completed.
3. Gradually add coal until the coal seam reaches a certain height, gas can be generated normally.
